Keith M.

Bringing twelve years of diverse construction industry experience to John’s, Keith offers a well-rounded perspective that bridges hands-on building expertise with client-focused project guidance. Throughout his career in construction sales, Keith discovered a true passion for working closely with both residential and commercial clients to help bring their vision for their properties to life. Today, Keith applies that same dedication to protecting the structural integrity and longevity of our clients' properties. As a certified specialist in basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and NEPQ sales communication, he focuses on providing clear, diagnostic solutions that keep below-grade spaces dry, stable, and healthy. For Keith, the most fulfilling part of his work is helping property owners safeguard their biggest investment for years to come.

Outside of his professional life, Keith is deeply connected to his community and family. He owns and manages a small flower farm just outside of Salem, where he spends much of his personal time working the land. When he isn't at the farm, Keith enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and exploring the outdoors with his family through hiking, camping, fishing, and catching sporting events.
