I was kept in contact with my sales representative up to and right before the installation.
Our Installation Crew
I can’t say enough about your installation crew. They were in contact with me via the phone on the exact time that they would arrive to install my sump pump. They were courteous and respectful of my property. They worked continuously until the sump pump was installed. Before they left, Mike gave me instructions on what to do if the alarm on the sump pump was activated.
The Cleanup Process
They covered all of my stuff in the basement with plastic and their cleanup before they left was impeccable. I was very satisfied with them.
