Finally an "honest" contractor you can trust I was starting to have water issues in my basement so I contacted Liberty Basement. They came to my house to evaluate my issue and informed me the issue wasn't to the point I would need their services. They made some repair recommendations that could be done by a general contactor. I can't comment on the quality of their work but I can comment on their honesty. Based on that alone I would highly recommend them.
Sales Process
The salesperson wasn't pushy nor did he try to sell me services I didn't need. In fact he did the opposite. He gave me recommendations on how to address the water issue I was having and told me to contact a general contractor to do the work. VERY HONEST ORGANIZATION. They won't try to oversell.
