Your representative and his presentation were very helpful to me, because I had to explain this to a group of men the same week, and it was easy to do after his presentation. We had other people looking at the water leak but after talking with your representative and his presentation and explain it to the group they wanted to give the job to your company. We are very pleased-happy with the result. Bobby, the foreman, and his assistants were excellent! The office staff was great, helpful, and willing to assist us. The salesman was knowledgeable and came up with a good plan for our home. They left the area extremely neat, we were completely satisfied with the cleanup. We saw the result at our friends home and their satisfaction with the job at their residence. Very pleased with the outcome and Mr. Mitchell becoming sensitive to our problem and responding to our need promptly. Thanks to everyone for solving our problem--Basement smells good!

Shannon was very helpful. Paul was very nice and knew all about the All-Dry System. They were great! Due to the recent months of decreased rain, our pump and system have not been used or tested. We expect it will work.
