Wen H. of Horn Lake, MS just bought a house with plans to fix it up and move in. He noticed that his front porch was uneven.  Upon inspection, it was discovered that improper gutter and downspout drainage was causing soil erosion.  This had caused his porch to begin to settle into the voids left by the erosion. Trip Hazard from Tree Root Heave Threatened Safety and Property Liability

Pat B. of Memphis, TN faced a growing safety concern as her sidewalk became increasingly uneven due to tree root heave. The once-level concrete slabs had shifted into a hazardous ledge, creating a serious trip risk for pedestrians and raising concerns about potential injuries and liability. While the problem worsened over time, the homeowner was clear about one priority—preserving the mature tree that caused the issue. PolyLevel™ Foam Injection and Slab Jacking Restored a Smooth, Safe Walkway

To address the uneven concrete sidewalk without harming the tree, our team implemented a precision concrete leveling strategy using slab jacking and PolyLevel™ foam injection. We drilled small, targeted holes into each affected slab and used slab jacks to realign the most displaced sections. Then, high-density PolyLevel™ foam was injected beneath the remaining slabs to lift and stabilize them, creating a gradual, uniform slope instead of a dangerous ledge. The repair extended across approximately eight slabs, from the discolored section to the property line. To complete the project, we filled drill holes with crack repair material and sealed all joints and cracks using NexusPro™ joint sealant, ensuring long-term durability and protection against water intrusion.
