I had lived in home for 4yrs 8 months Had gotten a contract to sell. Ran into an inspection problem.. Redeemers group was recommended to me. Set up some appointments with different companies first company came out American structure . Then Redeemer’s group. Immediately, there was a totally different description of the problem on how to fix it.. Redeemer’s group actually had done the system year 2020 . Not knowing a lot about storm shelters , Caleb looked at it realized Redeemers group installed it did the background check and I found out that I had a lifetime warranty. Caleb made all my worries go away. I didn’t know what to expect. he explained to me the process super easy transfer the warranty to the new homeowners. I was very, very satisfied being a single woman you’re always subject to being taken advantage of when it comes to things like this moisture buildup in an underground area I knew nothing about. He explained it. I was very satisfied and put action behind his words to get the job done. Caleb was the best Redeemers group I would highly recommend over and over again
