Shawn explained the product and process. His understanding of the services offered sold me. Unfortunately, trying to get the same courtesy for warranty work is another story. After a year, my driveway started to crack. I called the company and scheduled someone to come out to check on the issue. Sav came and confirmed cracks were indeed occurring. While the repairs were covered under the warranty, I would have to pay $99 for her visit! When she left, she assured someone would reach out to schedule the work. Someone named Paul sent me a text apologizing for the $99. I didn't hear anything until I called in September to check the status. Brandon said he didn't have anything on the schedule for me, but we agreed on Friday, October 30. The was a voice message from Tom on October 28 asking if he could come out that day because he was available. I didn't get the message until late that afternoon. He called early on October 29 and asked if he could come then. They arrived around 0930 and were finished an hour later. When he let me know they were finished, I asked about an area that was beginning to crumble. He assured me it was repaired. I trusted he had completed the work. About an hour later, I walked down the driveway and discovered 2 cracks that had been overlooked. I attempted to reach Tom at the number he had used to call me without success. I called Redeemers and spoke with Brandon. I apologized for taking Tom at his word and not inspecting the driveway myself. Lesson learned. He said he would have Tom call me back. When Tom called, he said he was "halfway to Memphis" but he would see if the work could be scheduled soon. When he called back he advised it can be done Tuesday, November 3 but it would be late. Probably 1700 or later. Guess that's better than nothing. Of course, a check of the weather reveals severe weather and storms on Tuesday.
