Sure Dry is a great company to work with, I had a pump stop working during the latest round of rain, the technician troubleshooted the issue and resolved it before the next round of rain. My basement stayed dry due to a second sump pump and the backup system. Always professional and pleasant to work with. Good company, I recommend using them for your basement water challenges.
