My basement is semifinished. It flooded about 15 years ago so one half is not carpeted and it has a drop ceiling tile style with ballasts which I am planning to replace with wooden ones myself. I wanted to know if I should replace the drop tiles first and a price range for the entire basement to be filtered/dehumidified as it can get up to 80% humidity. If the price is correct, it is quiet and the energy costs are good, I may consider getting a crawl space and attic one done as well.
