As a former branch manager leading a team of over 20 technicians, Arthell excelled in creating a sense of security for his clients by thoroughly explaining plans and demonstrating outstanding customer service.

Since joining Atlanta Basement Systems, Arthell has undergone extensive training, earning certifications like "Certified Waterproofing Specialist" from Basement Systems International and "Certified Foundation Specialist" from Supportworks. He applies his strong leadership skills and customer-centric approach to every project, ensuring homeowners feel confident in the solutions provided.

Outside of work, Arthell enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and building computers.
