We have contacted some foundation companies, but are wanting to rule out a potential grading issue. We are first time homeowners so these things are way out of our league. We think it might be due to a drywall crack in our basement bathroom, but it is very hard to tell. We do see cracks in the trim in the basement as well as a little bit of bowing.
