  Robert has been living in Brentwood, TN, for over 45 years. Together with his wife Dianne, he takes pride in their home and spends a lot of time maintaining and beautifying it. The steps leading to Robert’s house started settling down and became a daily hazard for him and his wife over time. “Before they did the work, it was horrible looking. I’m so pleased with them, I highly recommend them to anybody!” Thanks to our latest technology, settled concrete can be lifted and leveled in less than 15 minutes. Using Polylevel as a solution helped Robert save money and time by raising the concrete steps instead of replacing them. Robert was impressed to watch the Polylevel lift the sinking concrete steps and level them in just a few minutes. “Everything they did came out perfect!” said Robert. “I can put up railing on the front porch now, which I couldn’t do before.”

  "I had a service technician come out to do an estimate to take care of some standing water in my crawl space. The technician came out and took pictures and explained all their products and services in great detail for me. He also explained how everything would be installed and all the warranty information.Even though I did not purchase their services right away, the technician did seal my crawl space for minimal cost to me to prevent further damage. Amazing customer service is what you can expect from these folks."

From the site survey and system options to the installation of the actual system (a combination of WaterGuard and DryTrak), their team of experts performed at a professional level throughout. Even after the terms of the contract were settled and Santos (and crew) were installing the system, an issue was identified early during floor demolition and the installation team notified me immediately. With some minor system modifications and installation techniques, they were back in business with the install and still managed to complete the job within their estimated 2.5 days. I was highly impressed with their patented water proofing systems, their knowledgeable sales professional, and their experienced installation team. Overall, I would rate Frontier Basement Systems a 5 out of 5 stars!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!"
