Jon Laug

Jon has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Western Michigan University and a master’s in business from Michigan State University. He has extensive experience in the automotive and furniture manufacturing industries and has worked in roles ranging from engineering to plant management to opening a new facility overseas.

“Coming to Ayers was an easy decision for me,” Jon says. “I love being a part of redefining the industry and changing customers’ perceptions of what they should expect from their contractors.” He also appreciates knowing Ayers is a family-owned, Michigan-based company that will be here for the long run.

Jon lives in Spring Lake, Michigan, with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys watching college sports, keeping the yard in pristine condition, and spending time with his family.
