Cierra Fortier

Cierra is one of the talented Account Managers here at Thrasher. In this role, she follows the customer along their journey from start to finish, being the first line of contact for their questions regarding the project and schedule.

Cierra attended the University of Nebraska Omaha before she started her career in customer service. She went from a Customer Care Coordinator to an Account Manager here at Thrasher, which shows her dedication and ability to easily connect with customers. As Cierra has said, "To me, we are seizing every day and the opportunity we have to make a difference in someone's life whether that is our internal or external customers."

Outside of work, you can find Cierra spending time with her French Bulldog, Finnley. Cierra also loves to spend time with friends whether it's trying out new bars, bowling, or playing darts.
