As an Account Manager at Thrasher, Jacob is the main point of contact for customers and ensures their project moves forward smoothly. Collaborating closely with our customer care team, Jacob offers hands-on assistance to homeowners, offering timely solutions to address their home's most pressing issues. His dedication doesn't stop at answering questions over the phone; he remains fully committed to ensuring homeowners receive the utmost care and support throughout the entire project.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Jacob brings experience in sales and marketing to his role at Thrasher. With a degree in Business Administration, he has honed his skills in customer support and understands the importance of making every customer's journey as seamless as possible. 

When he's not at work, you can find Jacob spending time with his wife and two little ones, fishing, or hunting.
