Clint Gerber

Clint spent over 15 years in the Navy, where he held several positions such as an outboard mechanic, administrative personnel, recruiter, and career counselor. He even spent time on the reserve side, allowing him to help run a family-owned construction company. Clint’s team-oriented mindset and a multitude of skills from past experiences make him a critical component of our Thrasher team. Clint currently lives in Wichita, KS, and spends time outside of work with his wife and six children, woodworking, cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and trying out different types of cuisine.
At Thrasher, we work every day to deliver a wow experience and challenge the status quo. One way we do that is by walking alongside the best in the industry. In Clint’s words, “After retiring from the Navy, I struggled to find a company that possesses a similar culture and values. Thrasher’s manifesto laid out their values and expressed a culture that reminded me of my time in the Navy”. We're thrilled to have Clint as part of the Thrasher team as we work to redefine our industry.
