As an Account Manager at Thrasher, Bret speaks to customers every day, being their point of contact and helpful connection to move their project forward from start to finish. He works with the customer care team to provide daily hands-on service to customers, offering timely solutions to solve their home's biggest problems. In fact, he doesn't stop at answering questions over the phone, but instead goes above and beyond to ensure homeowners are taken care of throughout the duration of the project.

Born and raised in Gering, NE, Bret has extensive experience serving others as he worked in two County Sheriff's offices in positions such as Deputy Sheriff and correctional officer for 6 years. He is all about helping others and expanding his role to impact those he meets every day.
