Taylar Galvin

As a recruiter, Taylar works closely with managers to ensure a seamless hiring process while prioritizing the cultivation of a culture fit.
Taylar was with the Military Police with the Nebraska Army National Guard before starting her career at Thrasher. She went from receptionist to an Account Manager in less than a year and has now transitioned into her recruiting role showing her dedication to helping and connecting with customers and employees. As Taylar says, “We go into each situation with the promise of doing anything and everything we possibly can do to help our customers. This mentality allows us to stand by who we are and what we do daily.”
Outside of work, you can find Taylar cooking, working out, playing the piano and ukulele, and spending time with friends.
