Ross Addison

As a System Design Specialist, Ross conducts home inspections for new customers and recommends solutions on where the home needs protection. He also works directly with our project management and install crews to give them insight into specific project details and set those teams up for success.

Ross brings to Thrasher 7 years of home improvement and customer service. From this experience, Ross has gained skills in communication and is ready to help all of his customers find a solution to their biggest home problems.

Outside of work, you can find Ross spending time with his family and gunsmithing as a hobby. A fun fact about him is he officiates high school and college wrestling.
