We still need to schedule our mold work and spray. Also, we need our battery for Triple Safe Sump pump. We would like for the concrete chunks from the floor that were not part of the perimeter to be patched.
Overall, we are happy with the work but there are a few items that were not completed or were not completed to my satisfaction. We were supposed to have a port for the AC condensation pipe and and additional ports that were never put in. Also we have never received the battery for our Triple Safe sump pump.

Arrived 20 minutes late every time.
But super presentation. We would have like to have been warned about how loud the dehumidifier is.
Did not like the schedule: Friday they worked 10:30 am to 4:00, and then Saturday they worked 8:30 am to 7:30 pm and when it was time for the final walk through everyone, including us just wanted it to be done. The work looks pretty good but we did not like the large gaps in the wall behind the border that were just filled in with small rocks. That looks sloppy. Also large chunks of the basement floor were broken off and never patched up. We would like that fixed.
We did not like that the workers used our sump pump, hoses, and squeegee and left them muddy in the back stair. Also, our lamp and sprinkler were completely crushed and left broken. Also, the crew left behind a sledgehammer and broom.
