I am very satisfied with the job performed.  The installation crew were very professional and hard working.  The office staff were informative and answered  my questions.  The salesman answered all my, my wife, and son's questions and explained the process and came back a second time.  The clean up was very satisfactory.  You may use me as a reference.  We hired your company because the representative was very thorough and not pushy.  He spent a lot of time under the house to figure out the problem and what needed to be done to fox it.  Your crew was very good and helpful with the work and questions.   Our home is warmer, has cleaner air to breathe, no mold, moisture on windows has disappeared and we actually feel better.  

The work Regional has done for me is so far so good. The crew knew what they were doing and did it efficiently, and the clean up was satisfactory. The office staff was good. My thoughts on the salesman and his presentation are that he was excellent. I heard about Regional from Home Advisor and they can definitely use me as a reference. I chose Regional instead of another company because of the good company brochures, the good presentation by the salesman and the willingness to work with me to get what I wanted.

With the office staff sometimes I had to call twice but they were very nice, polite and helpful. The salesman was great, he took his time and explained everything. Also the cleanup was satisfactory, except for one block that was left, everything looked great! One of the top reasons why I hired you instead of another company was because no one else offered your product, the white room did not require mayor foundation digging. We love the new crawlspace! My closet has improved already. Even when the crawlspace door was not right, you came out two different times until it was right, and you were nice about it too!

I am very satisfied and excellent job.  Brandon's crew was polite, professional, and addressed my concerns, especially concerning the existing drain system.  Brandon also did a very good job in explaining the warranty on the equipment.  He also explained the test he performed on the existing flow field to make sure it was still functioning properly.- The entire crew was a delight to work with and represent Regional Waterproofing in a very professional manner.  Clean up was very satisfactory- all trash and debris was removed. I felt that Regional would do a good job. This water problem has been going on for years now and I have peace of mind knowing that my home will be safe and sound for the rest of my life. Bernard was the foremn of the installation crew and they were very polite. I could hear that they were continually working. They only stopped for lunch. The office staff was very frindly and my salesman, Charles Hood, was very through and explained the process. I first heard about Regional fromTV ads and facebook. Overall I am very satisfied . Price was a concern but with financing, I was able to afford this. I have lived here for 47 years and plan to be here for the rest of my life. I appreciate the speed in which they completed the work, far quicker than I expected.
