Juan Carlos & Crew were outstanding. They were clear on their work, regularly asked for my opinion during the install and took some of my suggestions to heart.

In he mountains of NC it is very difficult to get any contractor to respond. Small jobs are ignored and even larger projects get responded to but not before the consumer has to beg and plea for a response. Carolina Basement Systems called me within 5 minutes of my online request for an estimate...a breath of fresh air. So very glad I found your company through an ad run regularly in The Mountain Times.
