Basement To Beautiful Walls are ready for finishing, with built in wire ways and integrated studs. These panels also insulate, with an R13 insulation rating. Being completely inorganic gives them an extremely long lifespan and makes them completely waterproof.
Dirt floor crawl spaces almost always allow water to seep through into the air
An indented area in the far wall was an area of concern for the customers
The walls surrounding the leak need to be waterproofed and re-insulated. The only way to access behind the wall was removing the current drywall.
