The Smart Jacks are first installed by laying a metal plate down that stabilizes and keeps the Smart Jack in place.
Our crew begins by creating a "trench" around the perimeter of the home. In this step the crew also creates an area for the Sump pump to be installed.

This homeowner was experiencing severe water issues in their basement. We installed our WaterGuard drainage system and Smart SumpPump to remove the water. This home will now have a dry basement anytime there is severe rain.
This home had a small crawlspace which would have standing water when it rained heavily. We completed a full Crawlspace encapsulation with a Sedona dehumidifier and Mold X to remove mold that has been growing on the joists.
