Courtney

Courtney joined the Rainy Day team as the HR Coordinator in 2018, after spending several years working in business management and employee relations. Usually, you can find her at the office doing something new every day, which is what she loves about the position. Whether it be recruiting, on-boarding, or administering company benefits, she likes that everyday she has the opportunity to create long-lasting relationships and meet new people.

She says, “I love that I am given the chance to improve people’s work life, even if it’s in a small way. Most of all, I love being a part of such an amazing team!”

In her free time you can find her crafting or spending time with her husband and kids. She truly enjoys her family, going outside, visiting new cities, and road trips.
