I selected Thrasher because of the references, price/estimate, site visit by rep.

We had water problems in basement and saw advertisments on TV.

There was a slow leak in one part of the basement that had existed when we purchased the house.

I had heard of the company for a few years.  The crew was very professional.  They worked very hard the whole time they were here.

The installation crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. We had a two inch rain two days after installation and the basement was dry!

Customer service was excellent.  Kate (sales rep) was right on time-answered all my questions and concerns-very nice and had a good talk.  She eased my mind tremendously. I was given options for many scenarios.  I have scheduled the work to be done as soon as possible as we are going to build a new home following the sale of this one!

We chose Thrasher to help get our house ready to sell and eliminate the water problems.  My family didn't think we could afford your services but we're very pleased with your price!  I'm glad I checked our your internet site.

I would definately refer Thrasher Basement Systems.  My basement is dry so far and it has been tested by the elements!  What a relief to have a dry basement and not have to worry about it when it rains.  Thanks again.

Ms. Spielman was prompt, courteous, and very professional.  The crew leader answered our questions and explained the system thoroughly.

We choose Thrasher because of the ability of one company to address several issues in the basement-foundation wall, crawl space, windows. Longevity of the company. Service reputation. Price matching a competitor. Also, Jeremy (the sales rep) was very thoughtful and patient with all our questions. I definately want to credit the crews for the great work they did.  Aaron W. and his crew that put in the anchors were great-hard working, answering questions, smiling and even singing at times, very much appreciated. The second crew of Juan M's did the crawl space and did a great job.  The third crew of Kyle's put in the windows and we appreciate all their work-they did a great job that was not easy. They put in extra effort to caulk along the back porch and again, we appreciate them.

I just wanted to let you know how much I liked working with Jeremy (sales rep). He explained everything very throughly, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeble about the whole process.  He was just a super guy to work with. My bid was actually lower than what I had anticipated. There is no question that I will contact Thrasher when I am ready to get the work done.
