Jake Pitcher

Jake is our Production Manager for our Wichita location. In this role, Jake ensures quality and safety goals are being met, leads and supports the entire production team, and develops SOPs for our specific products and service.

Jake started at Thrasher as an installer, so he brings that knowledge into his Production role today. But what really sets him up for success is his ability to connect with and lead people. Jake's ultimate goal is to motivate and teach our crews how to provide WOW service to every customer. 

When he's not at work, Jake likes to spend time with his family, golf, BBQ with his favorite people, and sometimes, dance a little after a few beers.
