Very professional. Took time to understand what I was looking for
Very good. Bryna had check ins before the project. I called to confirm the date and she was very friendly and got me the information quickly
Casey was working by himself, yet still was able to complete the job quickly. He was very professional, spoke with me before the job and made sure he understood what I was hoping to achieve. Throughout the work he took time to answer questions and let me know what he was doing.
No complaints. Casey drilled holes in the patio for the injection grout and patched them afterwards. He made the best effort to get it to match

What made you choose our company:
The fast response and professionalism. I was impressed by the warranty and everyone I had contact with was courteous and really seemed to value me as a customer and seemed committed to doing a good job. The foreman (Casey) was on time, yet contacted me before he arrived. Even being down a crew member Casey was able to complete the project to what was outlined. I was hoping for more raise to the concrete, Casey walked me through why it was not advised to do so (raising around a rain drain that the foam could break the drain and lead to a bigger problem). Even with that Casey was able to achieve the end result of sloping the patio away from the foundation. He left the job in a good condition
