Our experts are on site to clean the crawl space and replace the membrane on the floor.  
This crawl space seems well sealed, but this plastic is not a vapor barrier, so the water vapor will always infiltrate and humidifies the entire space.

The foundation wall was badly damaged. First of all we can notice the crack in the shape of stair steps which joins a long horizontal crack that separates the wall in two. The lower part of the walls is inclined towards the interior of the basement. If nothing is done the wall may collapse.
When you notice traces of water and moisture in your concrete floor, this is a sign that groundwater is leaking into your home. This is detrimental to your construction and the air quality of the space.  
In order for an encapsulation system to be complete, it is crucial to seal the pipe joints with a spray foam that blocks all air infiltration. This greatly impacts the air that is sent to the rooms of the house.
