This damp crawl space had a terrible musty smell. To fix it, we placed down our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, encapsulating the crawl space with an added 25-year warranty against rips and tears. It's manufactured in 7 layers for optimal puncture resistance, brute tear resistance, and flexibility. Beneath it, we installed our Drainage Matting for added puncture resistance, durability, and a thermal break to the encapsulation. 

The last thing you want to see in your home is mold. Once it happens, what do you do? This homeowner had to refinish their entire basement due to the repeated seepage and water that'd get into their basement. So, they came to us. We first addressed the problem by adding drainage along the perimeter and beneath the walls of the basement, which would funnel the water directly into a sump pump—our TripleSafe©, the world's most reliable pumping system. This crawl space's previous liner was too loose and flimsy to forever seal the home from the earth. We came out to install insulation along the crawlspace walls to help with the temperature, a new vapor barrier to avoid water damage, as well as a dehumidifier to control the humidity and moisture. 

As you can see here there were previous water concerns in the crawlspace. This area is used as an extra storage area and they wanted it waterproofed and useable. We installed our water system to help prevent any future concerns.
