Check out these before afters of a Super Sump install in a bedroom of this basement! It was a different layout than normal. As you will see we installed a pump in the corner of the room and ran an interior discharge line along the floor and up through the wall towards the side of the home. This will direct the water back outside the home without causing any damage to the structural integrity of the home. 

This wet, cold crawl space created a lot of mold and musty smells in the home — until we transformed it with our CleanSpace encapsulation system! It's constructed with a heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which is over twice as thick as industry standard liners and includes a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. We also installed our SilverGlo crawl space wall panel insulation, an R-11 2" foamboard with graphite infused, which reflects heat back into the home with its radiant barrier and fortifies the encapsulation.

Water was coming into the dirt basement and there were no notice able cracks allowing water in. We came out an diagnosed that the water was coming in from the cold joint. Our team was able to install smartpipe and triplesafe sump pump. Now with the battery backup system there are no worries when the power goes out this basement will still be dry.
