When it comes to keeping the basement dry, a sump pump is the first line of defense. However, not all pumps are built the same and a sump pump failure can be disastrous. We know you need a sump pump you can rely on. That’s why Basement Systems’ sump pump systems are built with high-quality, cast-iron Zoeller pumps.
While sump pumps can take care of the water in your basement, the water itself isn’t the only problem. Moisture is another major problem in basements. High humidity levels lead to a wide range of problems, including mold, discomfort, and worsened allergies and asthma. Basement Systems offers a high-performance solution that can make your whole home drier and healthier.

Comment: We bought our first home a year ago and have since discovered that the basement floods with heavy rain. The moisture seems to come from the wall-floor joint. The house was built in 1938 and has concrete floor and walls in the basement. We're in the process of gutter installation, but the water on the floor is destroying our belongings and has ruined our hot water heater (also being replaced). Help!

Comment: Water is penetrating my 1870 era commercial building in an area where a sprinkler system was repaired earlier in the year. Apparently water is collecting in the area that was filled in with gravel outside the building and entering the buidling through this wall where several openings have appeared creating some heavy leaking following a rainfall. I have installed a double sump pump system but would like to add a battery backup to solve the no electricity problem and have been exploring this option with my contractor, plumber and electrician. Now I see you have already made such a device! Would also like information on your wall crack sealing material to pass along to my contractor. I would like to get your information as soon as possible before I have a power outage that creates a problem. Thank you.
