  Joe was very thorough with explaining everything and even came back a second time to explain and clarify. I called 3 or 4 other companies, while they did quote cheaper prices, I wasn't convinced their solutions were a long time solution and I wasn't sure if they all had warranties.   In 2017, I bought a historic home in Hot Springs that needed restoration. The home inspection found that the basement was very damp, so I called around and finally found you guys online. I really loved the before and after photos, as well as the testimonials, I just thought, "these are really satisfied customers"! You guys came out, waterproofed the space, and got it all dried out. Every person I spoke with was super nice and very professional. After it was all dried out, I was able to have some beautiful restoration work completed in the home.   John Cossey assessed the water problem in our basement/crawlspace and explained thoroughly what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He took his time and made sure all of our questions/concerns were addressed. We received detailed quotes via email the next day. The installation crew arrived promptly each morning. We were very impressed that they took the time to cover our pool deck with plastic so they would not track any dirt/mud on it, as they walked back and forth across it while they worked. We obtained quotes from three companies. We felt your company, along with one other, demonstrated the knowledge and expertise to adequately address/resolve our issue.   John Cossey of Crawl Space Solutions, basically saved us. For 6 long years, our lake house in Arkansas flooded. We were involved in litigation and ankle deep in water throughout the lower level of our house when it rained. Walls were ruined, furniture was ruined, mold grew everywhere, and the smell was awful. Every estimate we got was well above 40K and they would not guarantee their work. When we heard about this company from a friend (who used them in Michigan), we wasted no time in checking them out and ultimately calling them over. The system was explained to us, a detailed booklet was sent, and a proposed contract was made. We just couldn't believe that it could work, but since the cost was very reasonable, why not try it out. Crawl Space Solutions brought in their crew, excavated, installed their system, sealed it up, cleaned it up, and solved the water problem. We have been through several huge rain storms and for the first time, we are water free. We were able to put in new floors, walls, ceilings etc. Our lake house is now clean, odor free, mold free, and wonderful to be in. Everyday we are thankful that we used them. Since we don't live there, the house can set vacant for a period of time. When we walk, in it smells like a normal home, gone is that musty basement smell. We told John that we were his happiest customers! Our local friends cannot believe the transformation of our lower level. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of solving water problems, whether it be a crawl space, basement, or a walkout like ours. It is an ingenious system and it works!   I just wanted to say that the guys that came to my house to do the work underneath were wonderful. They were absolutely excellent. They were very nice guys. And so, I wanted to let you know what a great group of guys you sent me, and I sppreciate that. I also wanted to make sure my neighbor gets credit for referring me.
