Murray Whittal came to our house when he said he would, he took the time to explain in detail and with the aid of photos he gave me a written quote and showed me what they would do. After I agreed to have the job done, they made an appointment to do the work and they arrived on time and worked extra hours to get the job done on the same day. I was really impressed. I would recommend this company and this process to anyone that has a basement or crawl space problem. Just for your [reader] records, I did check with BBB before I hired them.
