We were very pleased with the work and how quickly it was done despite the difficult working conditions.  The men were always cheerful and friendly despite having to work in the "dungeon".

I have had two cracks in my foundation repaired by Basement Systems now.  All staff members were friendly and Sebastian was the installer both times, he was very professional, tidy and confident in his work.

Installers, Aaron and Chris did an excellent job.  Very polite, professional and cleaned up daily.  Also, they kept us apprised of work progress.  Would highly reccommend your company.

Your salesman explained everything clearly and concisely. The whole job from start to finish was handled very professionally, quickly, and to our FULL Satisfaction. The lads that installed were absolutely fantastic! I would not hesitate to recommend you 100%.

Other companies' "Suggested Fixes" did not seem long-term or cost efficient. I did not feel they would solve my situation in the end.  I thought your encapsulation would fix my problem, plus give me extra storage space and a healthy environment in my home.  I have been very happy with your staff, products and services.  Very friendly and professional help.  Thank You!

The service has been OUTSTANDING!!!! TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!! I would definitely refer your company to friends and family! The outstanding service started from my first call into you to book someone right through to the last day of install! Gloria, you have exceptional phone communication skills and always made me feel like a valued customer. Lars’ on-site visit and then all our follow up emails (my husband was back east) and phone conversations were most helpful and he too made going through this process painless and provide exceptional customer service! Cerial (sp?) kept me informed all along the way too. Communications on next steps are so important and not only did your team do this they also emailed us an information package before Lars’ visit! Again, exceptional service. When it came to our installation, it too went smoothly. Aaron was our installer and when he arrived he asked about a pattern instead of just a straight laying. I wasn’t home so he took the time to put some tiles down for my son to take a picture to email me to make a decision. In the end we went with a pattern and the floor looks fantastic. Clearly Aaron knows what he is doing and when I did get a chance to meet him, he definitely demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills. Basement Systems has a great team! Being responsible for our service side of our business, I always look at other companies we can learn from and your company is definitely one of them. Thanks again for everything!
