Initially we had a rocky start with the sales rep. However the company took care of us and from what I was told that sales rep is no longer with the company. During this whole process I learned a lot about the foundation of my home. Each person that came to my house very knowledgeable and very willing to teach and discuss what they are doing. I learned how to repair stucco, concrete, patch cracks and the process of repairing a foundation. The company is a family business and you can tell from the start that they each support and care for one another. This behavior carries over to the customer and the home they are working on. Any and all issues that came up or damages that occurred during the foundation repair they eagerly fixed. I never had to ask more than once for anything. The crew that came by that did the majority of the work was great. Very hard working, friendly and each of them cared about doing a great job. They dug a lot of holes and removed a lot of concrete around my home. Afterwards they installed piers to stabilize my home. Thank you Chris, Daniel, Remmy. Sam and Tony came by to level out the concrete walk ways around my house with an expansive poly chemical. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing and were very fast. The equipment they used was a miniature tank. They were able to drive it in the back yard around corners, plants and bushes with no trouble. During my foundation repair I got to meet and work with the owners Mark and Matt. Each knows their trade very well. Both were very fair people and are willing to work with you and treat you like a person. They care about quality, curb appeal and customer delight. They made sure to address all of my concerns and when an issue came up they met with me fact to face to explain what's happening and what must be done. They worked with me to make sure I could afford the investment into my home. Lastly I wanted to say thank you to Eileen. She does a lot of the behind the scenes work. Whenever I had a question about process flow, billing, and scheduling she was always available to answer my questions. She was very helpful and accommodating with payment options. Thank you again for all the help you did for my home. If anyone is on the fence about who to use . Give these guys a call and get a quote. They are worth the investment. You do not want to skimp when it comes to the foundation of your home. It has been almost a month since the repair work has been done. My home looks like it nothing ever happened. All concrete is repaired, Stucco repaired. After I did some paint patchwork on my home it looks brand new again!
