This San Diego, California homeowner wanted to restore a backyard concrete patio that had developed settlement, surface cracks, and deteriorating joints. Uneven concrete and unsealed cracks can allow water to penetrate beneath the slab, leading to additional movement and increasing the risk of trip hazards.

The before photo shows a sidewalk with a slab of concrete that has settled into a void. This is not only an eyesore but a potential tripping hazard. To correct this problem, we used our poly level service to lift and stabilize the slab. To give a seamless finish we used our state-of-the-art NexusPro Sealant. As shown in the after photo, the concrete looks as good as new and has very little evidence that we were ever there.
