The Before picture shows cracking in the concrete patio of this home.
The After picture Shows a Saber crew member using, our PolyLevel Injection process, to stabilize the home's foundation.
This Carlsbad, CA home had a severely damaged stem wall showing signs of spalling, rust, and concrete deterioration caused by rebar corrosion. The before image highlights how the original concrete had cracked and begun to crumble near the garage door footing. Our crew carefully removed the damaged section, treated the exposed rebar, and rebuilt the area using a high-strength repair mortar designed to withstand coastal moisture conditions. The final result is a clean, reinforced stem wall that restores both the structural stability and curb appeal of the garage foundation.
The Before Picture is a prime example of was is termed Mud Jacking. This occurs when somebody attempts to fill a void, caused by shifting soils, with concrete. Over time the foundation continues to settle, and the concrete becomes rough and continues to crack.
The After Picture shows this same area. The void has been filled with Polyurethane, using Saber's PolyLevel Injection Process. The cracks will now stop growing. The concrete will not continue to sink.
