Sinking Foundation in Fullerton
The Before Picture shows a failing Foundation.The Concrete is tilting due to shifting soils underneath it.
The After Picture shows a installed Push Pier lifting the sinking part of the Foundation. The over poured concrete had to be cut flush with the home's foundation to install this Pier. These Push Piers and Tiebacks make Foundations stronger.
Sagging Floors Fixed in Fullerton
The Before Picture shows Floor support Posts, that look good, but they are failing. Earthquakes have caused this home to slide on it's Foundation.
The After Picture shows that the floors now have the added support. Steel I Beams have been installed, and are supported by all metal Smart Jacks.

Using PolyLevel® And Nexus Pro® To Fix Settled Slabs In Norco, CA
The before photo shows a school in Norco that had an issue with settled slabs of concrete caused by voids. As shown in the after photo, to correct this problem we injected our PolyLevel solution under the concrete to lift and stabilize the slabs. When the concrete is lifted to the correct level we will fill the joints with the state-of-the-art sealant NexusPro which will give the best possible finish and protect the joints from the elements.
