The Before Picture shows a Trip Hazard, where one of the Concrete Slabs, is sinking.
The After Picture shows no more Trip Hazard. PolyLevel Injection Lifted the Sinking Slab.
Saber was contracted to repair a home in Norwalk, California. The homeowner was concerned with issue of settlement that had occurred at the property. The signs of settlement had begun to show in the interior and exterior of the home. The interior walls had cracks around door frames and window frames, and the exterior had cracks at the corners of the property. The homeowner contacted Saber to fix the issue. Saber’s crew used the PolyLevel™ method to fix the issue, the PolyLevel™ material is injected below the existing slab into the soil for greater bearing capacity and soil stabilization. The PolyLevel™ system is a state of the art approach to repairing sinking concrete, this method utilizes high-density polymers to raise slabs back to a desired level. This is done by drilling small holes in the slab and then specially designed equipment is used to inject the poly into the void. After the void is filled, the expansion of the polyurethane allows for a precise lift and stabilization of the slab. In these photos you will see the exterior wall crack before the injection and stabilization of the PolyLevel™ and the after effect of the process. The cracks have closed and the foundation is now stabilized.

Sinking slab caused post on the railing to separate from the ceiling over time.
The Before picture shows a concrete area, that is cracking due to void formation underneath it.
The After picture shows a crew member Filling the Void with Polyurethane. This is being done by using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process.
