I had the company raise the corner of my tilting kitchen slab. Now, a year and a half later it had fallen. I called the company and they came out and put more foam in the ground to correct the situation as part to their 10 year guarantee. The crew of Nait and Rick worked with me to raise the floor enough to bring it back to normal without popping windows. I understand it is hard to fix underground what you cannot see from above and appreciate the company's willingness to follow-up and get it right.

Paul Hamilton provides outstanding service and is also extremely knowledgeable and willing to take whatever time is needed to do a thorough assessment of the problem(s).
