Mike called in originally asking for Robin . She were gone for the day and I offered to take a message and have the call returned in the am.  He asked if we were an answering service and when he heard it was another Saber dept he said it's ok I'll leave my message with you....   He proceeds to tell me that he had signed a contract with Saber, and due to the economy and medical issues, he needed to cancel it.  He was told they were not sure he would receive his deposit back.  Well today in the mail he received it!  He felt very strongly on calling us. He just wanted to thank us for all of our forwardness and understanding. He then continued to tell me how much he enjoyed his salesman (Ryan) and how very thorough he was as well as how much he enjoyed the conversation about family.  He ended his call by saying "God Bless You!"

Today Dan Froehlich of Saber provided an evaluation of our home in San Diego. Dan spent over an hour and half with me.  He explained step by step what the possible causes and impact of a lengthy crack in a travertine floor.  The condition of the floor indicated, at least to me, a cracked foundation. Dan made a complete inspection and after taking measurements, informed me that I did not have an issue with the slab.  The cracks were likely due to problems with the floor installation. Dan is clearly a top pro.  He has ability and patience to effectively communicate with a layman.  He is a fine representative of a Saber, a company that highly values competence and honesty. Thanks to Dan and Saber for a valuable service!
