When it comes to keeping the basement dry, a sump pump is the first line of defense. However, not all pumps are built the same and a sump pump failure can be disastrous. We know you need a sump pump you can rely on. That’s why Basement Systems’ sump pump systems are built with high-quality, cast-iron Zoeller pumps.
While sump pumps can take care of the water in your basement, the water itself isn’t the only problem. Moisture is another major problem in basements. High humidity levels lead to a wide range of problems, including mold, discomfort, and worsened allergies and asthma. Basement Systems offers a high-performance solution that can make your whole home drier and healthier.
The SaniDry Sedona basement dehumidifier offers several features, including:
Shifting and settling soil is a common problem in Aurora and can often lead to foundation failure. Cracks, bowing walls, uneven floors, and jamming doors and windows can all be signs of a foundation problem and shouldn’t be ignored.
Your local Basement Systems foundation repair contractor in Aurora has the training and experience needed to inspect and identify the source of your structural foundation problems and develop the best plan of action to repair it.

Comment: The sump pump in our basement has always been an issue since house was new in 2007 but us more concerned recently. It is running about once every ten minutes and has been on the increase over the past few months. In observing the "hole" the inlet PVC pipe (4-5 in.) empties constantly thus activating the pump every ten minutes or so. The house design includes a surrounding French drain, and river rock landscaping was applied over a shrub drip system which has supposedly been turned off. We do not have a back up pump or battery backup.
