Recent job requests for basement waterproofing in Boulder, CO:

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80303

Comment: I have a room off of my garage (under the front porch) that has some water penetrating into the space. I need it waterproofed (caulked and any of the other stuff you all do) from the inside of the room. Additional information: Needs help with: Waterproofing

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80303

Comment: Water seeped into a part of our basement after the recent heavy rain. Had never happened before.

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80304

Comment: Water getting into basement in corners & where walls meet floor

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80305

Comment: Install a sump pump to avoid underground water from entering the basement in the relatively wet season

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80305

Comment: Sump pump itself appears to be working fine, though it looks older than it is and covered in sediment, so maybe it should be cleaned/serviced. Check valve may need replacing, we hear water run down it after the pump runs for 10 seconds, but pump doesn't cycle too frequently so it must not be too much water that returns. There is a very strange gurgling sound though that continues for around 30 minutes after the pump runs though, which is mysterious. The pump discharge point is super jenky and freezes up when it gets cold out, looking for a solution for that. The sump pit does not have a sealed cover and we would like to add one that prevents radon gas from escaping while allowing it to still work as a floor drain. Finally, we don't have a tile drain system, and wondering if we should and what that would cost. The sump liner is old corrugated metal and maybe eventually needs replacing, want to understand what kind of an effort that is. Thanks!

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80305

Comment: New basement window seems to not have adequate drainage as water is pooling in window well. During heavy rain, water is seeping into basement where the floor meets the wall under the window.

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80305

Comment: We are having trouble with water piling up in our window well, and we think that installing a drainage system would help Additional information: Needs help with: Egress Window

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80301

Comment: We have some water issues with heavy rains. We have a sump pump and it appears to be working. We think the egress window fills and water gets into the floor joints and up through our floor in the basement.

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80301

Comment: We have a finished basement and have noticed some water pooling under the flooring in a 10ftx10ft area. We are not sure of the cause.

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80304

Comment: Basement waterproofing and sump pump

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80302

Comment: I'd like a quote on fixing a drainage issue please.

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80301

Comment: Window well that can fill from ground water during long rain then leak through the window.

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80020

Comment: Some moisture gathering along cove joints in basement after heavy rain. Already have a sump pump and drain tile system.

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80303

Comment: We are buying a home that has a lower level door/landing that has a drain to a French Drain on the landing that is either plugged or just cannot handle downpour situations. Current owner has a sump pump on the landing over the drain to pump water to yard if drain backs up but we would like to put in a pit/pump such that water directly flows in the pit (to the side of the door) and gets pumped out to ensure no flooding could occur with water flowing into the lower level door/room

Project Location: Boulder, CO 80301

Comment: I have a current sump pump, but inspector said it was connected to city water and this is not allowed. I would like someone to look at it
