The perimeter basement wall and floor joint has seepage. No standing water, just dampness. I removed concrete in a couple of areas and found that water is seeping under foundation. Looks like we have pillars instead of a footer. I can actually reach under the foundation and touch the plastic french drain on the outside. We also have floor heaving. I would also like an estimate for a crawl space improvement. Also, we have settling in our garage and want to know if we should lift spaces or look at a complete replacement. Thanks

My husband and I bought a 1940s cement block & stucco home 3 years ago and just recently discovered due to all the rain the basement ceiling and walls under the front patio are cracked and crumbling allowing water to leak inside.
