The first is at the address listed above, we are looking to have our basement finished. This would likely entail one large room for most of the basement, and the relocation of our first floor laundry room from a closet to a slightly larger room downstairs. Then, depending on cost, either finish a downstairs bathroom, or at the very least ad the framing to do it at a later date.
The second issue is for a property in Greeley, if you service this area. We recently had the basement "flood" during that massive hail storm earlier this year, and now the basement smells intensely of mold. I've tried cleaning the carpet several times, and used vinegar, water and baking soda to no avail. I figured it might be possible for you to offer some advice.
