A homeowner in Newington, CT, was getting water seepage in their basement during heavy rains. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Alex Lopez, went to the home to assess the space and propose our waterproofing system to solve the problem.

Shortly after, it would be time for our Foreman, Al, and his crew to install our system. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system to capture any water seepage. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take all the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. 

Now this basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind. 

Whenever it rained, water would flow into the basement from under the door. We installed a French Drain in this home, which is grated on the top to catch any water that would enter the house. Once the cement around it dries, it will keep water from flowing into the basement for years!

Our team began by finishing this basement using EverLast Wall and ThermalDry Floor Tiles. This gave this basement a new and clean look without the burden of dents and warping floors.

Our crew installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and BrightWall Panels to provide extra protection. Now, this homeowner has a clean and protected storage area to clean out the old items in their home.

They also installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to discharge all the collected water out of the home at a safe distance. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system around the entire basement walls to protect it from moisture and lead any water coming in from the walls, into the WaterGuard below. Now this basement will stay dry all the time!
