Before, this Hartsdale, NY home had an insufficient sump pump that was causing for a wet crawl space. The homeowner was tired of the consequences of a deficient sump pump and decided to call the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to provide a permanent solution. 

The solution was to replace the old sump pump with a TripleSafe sump pump, the most reliable system that offers three levels of protection! Now, the area stays clean all year long and the homeowner is reassured that he will not have to suffer with the consequences of a deficient sump pump.  

Before, this crawl space in Hartsdale, NY was dirty, uninsulated  and smelt like mold. All of these indications are related to an unhealthy crawl space which can affect the entire home and heighten allergies or asthma symptoms. The homeowner wanted a safe and healthy home which prompted him to contact the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to provide a solution. 

Now, the crawl space is sealed with SilverGlo wall panel insulation and CleanSpace is protecting the floors from any unwanted odor or moisture from coming through. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to keep humidity below 55% which will prevent mold from developing.  Once all of these products were installed, the crawl space was transformed into a clean and healthy crawl space!

During a before trip to this Hartsdale, NY home, our crew left covered in dirt, climbing over debris. The all dirt floor and lack of insulation insulation made this space a major concern for potential moisture and pests. On top of these issues, air entering the crawl space would directly affect how well the home stayed warm or cold. This crawl space was in need of CleanSpace flooring, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona to keep things dry and comfortable within the home. 

After, TerraBlock flexible insulation was installed, followed by CleanSpace WallCap to help seal the block wall in the crawl space. The block wall was followed by CleanSpace Draining Matting was installed under the CleanSpace liner. To finish things off, a SaniDry Sedona was placed in the crawl space to prevent any moisture or dampness. Now, the space is both bright and clean. The rest of the home will remain comfortable. 

A homeowner in Mohegan Lake, NY was experiencing water and moisture issues in their basement. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Matt Abbassi, went to the home to see the issues and then provided the homeowner with the proper solution. 

The next step would be for one of our Foremen, Marcial Lopez, and his team to do the installation. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter system, SuperSump Plus, CleanSpace, and a Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep water and moisture out. The WaterGuard collects any water seeping in and drains it into the sump pump, which pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement is protected from water damage going forward. 

This basement was in need of repair. We put in a WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove water from the basement. Once waterproofed we removed the water damaged walls and installed Cleanspace walls to prevent any futher water damage. Lastly we added a Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier to keep the basement dry and comfortable.
