  From start to finish, I received stellar customer service from everyone I encountered when inquiring information about my crawl space...from every person who answered the telephones and my accompanying questions, to the person assessing the situation to the actual team completing the job. This company employs PROFESSIONALS!!!!Thankfully, they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. After assessing the situation, Jeff recommended encapsulation of the crawl space, providing multiple views via supporting photographs to further explain their services and the process.I then contacted Amanda, who performed a miracle and scheduled the encapsulation quickly in less than 2 weeks, April 8, 2022 to be exact.Throughout the process, they kept me informed via telephone calls, emails, and text messages. Due to their sustained excellence and quality customer service, I was fully prepared and had no doubt the tasks would be completed efficiently.Bernie, the foreman, called me April 8 to provide his estimated time of arrival. I met him at my house along with Fernando and Edgar around 9:15 a.m. All three men were pleasant and I felt comfortable with the information and explanations they provided.I left my house while they performed the tasks at hand. Since the house is vacant and the chemicals, etc. they were using can be harsh, I left them to their own devices. Bernie telephoned me around 1:40 p.m. to say they were finished, cleaning up, which was much sooner than their earlier estimated completion time of 6 p.m.When I returned, Bernie provided explanations of the work provided as well as photos of their work and a tour of the exterior work completed. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to my friends, family, and enemies too. Everyone should support this company, as they are credits to their profession.Karrie, Amanda, Ashley, Tina, Jeff, Bernie, Edgar, and Fernando did phenomenal work and I'm glad they were assigned to handling this job!   Rob, We just wanted to let you know what a terrific people you have working for you. We have had such a wonderful experience with your DryZone crew. Johnny is a superb salesman. By the time he was finished showing and explaining your products to us, we wanted it all. Obviously due to financial reasons, that was not possible, so he designed a system that fit within our budget to solve our biggest issue which was a wet basement. Todd did a wonderful job installing our new windows and they look great. He also gave us, and Josh a head up that the WaterGuard system would not fit our basement as Johnny had thought. I have to admit that I was disappointed when I had heard that. Josh, Mario, Carlos, Taladro, and Sergio said the they have never had concrete that was so hard to remove! However, they kept at it an the installation of the FlowGuard system, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry looks great. I was wondering if you offer a maintenance program for the systems? So far, with the very wet spring that we have had the basement has stayed perfectly dry! Exactly the results we had hoped for. Please feel free to add us to your references if you would like.   So it’s been almost 4 months now since my basement was completed. I just have to tell you how happy I am! It has rained SO much lately, and my dehumidifier rarely turns on – because the humidity rarely goes above 50%. There is NO moisture anywhere in the basement. NONE. Prior to this project, my sump pump ran every single day of the year for at least 2 hours even if it hadn’t rained in weeks. It’s honestly like having a whole new house. I can’t say enough about the work that was done – I didn’t really understand all the explanations I was given about everything, but I do know that it worked! Thank you – so very much for being an honest company that really does what you say you’re going to do!
