After contacting several other companies it was Sunshine who actually called back - showed up in a timely manner to do the estimate - and then the actual work. Additionally both Matthew Jones and Josh have also assured me the remaining work needing completion will be done soon - and that is very important to me to ensure there are no further tripping hazards for me and others.
